President, SirWilard Naylor

SirWilard has lived in 28 Countries, while in service to the people of the US and the United Nations. On rare occasions, he has shared meals with 2 US Presidents, various ambassadors, heads of state, giants of industrial, media, entertainment, sports and most memorable the poor and homeless that survive each day struggling to live one more day in the streets and country sides.

As an Eagle Scout and a Shaman in the Great Tribe of Mic-0-Say, SirWilard has served as a Scoutmaster, Unit Commissioner and a International Commissioner with the Boy Scouts of America as Military Liaison in the Far East Council. As a gay man, SirWilard remembers the lessons learned about helping people, but admits he has long since forgotten all the awards he was bestowed, much like the scouting movement in the United States has forgotten and excommunicated the homosexual and bisexuals who have participated in, or should have been a member of this great international organization.

Since then, SirWilard has served in communities on various committees and civic boards. He was selected to travel across America with Hillary Clinton, (then the Presidents wife) to promote the message of "Universal Health Care for All Americans" on the "Health Care Express"

While in the US Marines, he taught at the Non Commissioned Officers Academy and served as the NCOIC and President of the Enlisted Mans Club responsible for seven adult entertainment and beverage clubs on the largest military base in the United States.

SirWilard was a Union Steward with the United Auto Workers of America. Awarded the Walter and May Reuther Labor Scholarship. He went on to become recognized for his knowledge in Labor Relations, Industrial Law, Workers Safety, FMLA, Immigration Exploitation and "Union Management Cooperation Efforts. Later he was inducted as a member of the UAW Local Union Press Association. Now retired, SirWilard is a proud card carrying member of the UAW and the IWW (Industrial Workers of the World).

As a father, he has two children, one gay and one not, he laughs that some how they are both interested in men. Someplace in all his travels, SirWilard went on to earn a "Bachelor of Commissioner Science" a “Vocational Degree in Automotive Industries”, several Professional Certifications in Computers and Information Management and over 100 courses from the Marine Corps Institute.

Recognition for his achievements does not appear to be one of his highest priorities. He has received awards, medals, certificates, plaques, citations, letters and more for his contributions, donations, skills and service to organizations, communities from the Government of Japan, the President of the United States, Commandant of the Marine Corps, the YMCA and many others.  All the while, SirWilard openly admits, the recognitions are more of a result of the combined contributions of others working toward one common goal.

Once as the guest speaker and presenter at a Eagle Scout Court of Honor, Ambassador Brown introduced SirWilard as a Author, Lecturer, Role Model, Traveler, Bum, Philanthropist, Inventor, Entrepreneur, Father, Engineer, Writer, Computer God, Life Consultant, Occasional Hero, Free Master Mason, a Member of the Royal Order of the Scottish Rite and the Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine, as well as a United States Marine who has earned his membership as a Lifetime Member in the Veterans of Foreign Wars and over all just an extraordinary individual who loves helping people.
